This is not your average Pimm’s. We’ve taken the classic British favourite and given it a deliciously New Zealand twist, infusing it with rich, local flavours and a gentle winter spice. The hero of the drink is our Sunken Cannon Honey Rum, made right here in New Zealand, which adds a smooth, golden sweetness that pairs beautifully with crisp apple juice and a kick of fresh ginger.

The Recipe

• ½ cup Pimm’s No.1
• ¼ cup Sunken Cannon Honey Rum
• 1 cup apple juice
• 1 tsp fresh ginger or 1 tbsp Hakanoa Ginger Syrup

Method:
Gently combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over a low flame until just beginning to roll – you want it warm and fragrant, not boiling. Pour into your favourite mug or heatproof glass, garnish with a slice of orange or apple, and enjoy.
